Holly Newell
Holly focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, with an emphasis on contractual disputes, issues of corporate governance and control, and stockholder derivative actions.
Before joining the firm, Holly served as a law clerk for Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard in the Delaware Court of Chancery and for Judge Richard A. Paez in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
