The Legal 500 US Again Recognizes Ross Aronstam & Moritz and Its Lawyers as Leading M&A Litigators
The Legal 500 US has again recognized Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP as one of the top firms nationwide for M&A litigation. Known for its focus on Court of Chancery litigation, the firm was described as “simply the best in Delaware” and praised as “exceptionally skilled and experienced,” with “incredible judgment and expertise.”
In addition to the firm generally, The Legal 500 recognized several of its attorneys. Brad Aronstam, who was separately identified as one of the nation’s “Leading Lawyers” for M&A litigation, was recognized by clients and peers as “an outstanding all-around litigator” with “excellent judgment as well as great skill.” Garrett Moritz “st[oo]d out” for his “experience and high-quality advices.” David Ross, who was also identified as one of the nation’s “Leading Lawyers” for M&A litigation, was recognized as “an outstanding trial lawyer, litigator, and advisor.”
The Legal 500 also recognized Eric Selden, Michael Sirkin and Garrett Rice for their “central roles in the firm’s most high profile cases,” and ranked Garrett Rice as one of only two “Next Generation Partners” in Delaware.
