Chambers Again Ranks Firm As Band 1 for Court of Chancery Litigation and Recognizes Firm’s Attorneys As Leading Chancery Litigators and National Trial Lawyers
Chambers USA 2024, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, has once again recognized both Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP and several of its lawyers as leading Court of Chancery litigators and national trial lawyers.
In again awarding RAM its top “Band 1” rating, Chambers noted the firm’s “strong track record in corporate and commercial disputes in Delaware” and “regular[] represent[ion of] major corporate clients as lead trial counsel as well as assisting with internal investigations.” Chambers additionally noted that clients and peers described RAM as “the best firm in terms of their knowledge of the law and the judiciary” and “top-notch … in terms of helping sort through complicated legal issues.” Chambers also praised the firm for its “great” client service.
