The Legal 500 US Again Recognizes Ross Aronstam & Moritz and Its Lawyers as Among the Top Nationwide for M&A Litigation
The Legal 500 US has again recognized Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP as one of the top firms nationwide for M&A litigation. Known for its focus on proceedings before the Court of Chancery, the firm was recognized for its “exceptionally hardworking and smart lawyers.”
In addition to the firm generally, The Legal 500 recognized several of its attorneys. All three name partners were recognized, with Brad Aronstam and David Ross acknowledged as two of the nation’s “Leading Lawyers” for M&A litigation.
