Bradley Aronstam Presents at PLI's Delaware Law Developments 2018: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know seminar in New York

On May 24, 2018, Ross Aronstam & Moritz partner Bradley Aronstam participated in a panel discussion on “Delaware LLC & Limited Partnership developments” at PLI's Delaware Law Developments 2018: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know seminar in New York.  The panel explored alternative entity fiduciary and contractual duties as well as relevant interpretive issues and implications arising from important Delaware decisions from the past year.  Among other things, Brad discussed lessons resulting from his representations of defendants in Brinkerhoff v. Kinder Morgan, Inc. and The Hanyes Family Trust vs. Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc.
