Narayanan v. Sutherland Global Holdings Inc., C.A. No. 11757-VCMR (Del. Ch. 2016)

Ross Aronstam & Moritz represented a former director in litigation  seeking advancement of legal fees and expenses that the former director incurred in defending against criminal proceedings in India and civil proceedings in the United States.  Following trial, the Court of Chancery awarded advancement of all of the fees and expenses sought,  awarded the former director "fees on fees" for the costs incurred in bringing the advancement suit, and set a procedure for submission of further advancement requests and the prompt resolution of any disputes regarding such requests.
