Mark III Ranchos Inc. v. Davis, et al., 03-8575 (C.D. Cal. 2005)

Prior to joining Ross Aronstam & Moritz, Ben Schladweiler, along with other attorneys from his former firm, defended Good Time Tickets in a trademark infringement and anti-cybersquatting case in the Central District of California.  The case concluded in a favorable settlement, which allowed the client to keep website operations running continuously.
