King Pharmaceuticals Inc. et. al. v. Intelliject Inc., C.A. 11-0065 (D. Del. 2011)

Prior to joining Ross Aronstam & Moritz, Ben Schladweiler, along with other attorneys from his former firm, represented King Pharmaceuticals in patent infringement litigation in the District of Delaware concerning the EpiPen®, which is the best-selling epinephrine auto-injector in the United States.  The EpiPen® is intended for immediate self-administration to treat life-threatening allergic reactions.    The case settled on the eve of trial.
