James Cable LLC v. Millennium Digital Media Systems, LLC, C.A. No. 3637-CC (Del. Ch. 2009), In re Broadstripe, LLC, Case No. 09-10006 (CSS), Adversary Proc. No. 09-00114 (CSS) (Bankr. Del. 2010)

Prior to joining the firm, Eric Selden represented Broadstripe, LLC (formerly Millennium Digital Media Systems, LLC) in a dispute over the termination of a merger agreement for Broadstripe to purchase James Cable, LLC.  After litigating in the Court of Chancery, the case was removed to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, where Broadstripe obtained the dismissal of all but one of the claims against the company.  The case is currently pending in the Bankruptcy Court.
