Franchi v. Barabe, C.A. No. 2020-0648-KSJM (Del. Ch. 2022)

Our firm served as lead counsel to a combined special litigation and demand committee of the Selecta Biosciences board established to investigate claims arising from alleged breaches of fiduciary by directors participating in a Selecta private placement based on purported material non-public information (i.e., Brophy claims).  That investigation culminated in a global resolution spearheaded by the Committee, which the Court of Chancery described as "creative" and "a highly beneficial" result in approving the settlement in July 2022.
