Berk v. Covance Inc., et al., C.A. No. 10440-VCL (Del. Ch. 2015)

Our firm, together with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, represented Laboratory Corporation of America in litigation challenging LabCorp’s approximately $6 billion acquisition of Covance Inc.  The stockholder-plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the consolidated action in December 2015.
