Dweck v. Nasser, No. 65, 2013 (Del. 2013)

Our firm, together with Baker Botts L.L.P., represented Appellees Kids International Corporation and Albert Nasser in successfully defending the post-trial decision of the Court of Chancery resolving a protracted business separation dispute.  After trial in  the Court of Chancery, our firm was brought onto the case for the appeal.   The Supreme Court’s October 31, 2013 order of affirmance is available below.
