In re Jefferies Group, Inc. Shareholders Litigation, Consol. C.A. No. 8059-CB (Del. Ch. 2014)

Ross Aronstam & Moritz, together with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP, represented Leucadia National and its co-founders in stockholder litigation challenging Leucadia $2.6 billion acquisition of Jefferies Group.  The transaction successfully closed in March 2013, and the matter settled during post-closing litigation.
