Ross Aronstam & Moritz, together with Baker & McKenzie LLP, is representing The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company in a consolidated stockholder class action challenging Dai-ichi's $5.5 billion acquisition of Protective Life.  The transaction closed on February 1, 2015, and the litigation settled shortly thereafter.
