In re DIRECTV Stockholder Litigation, Consol. C.A. 9678-VCL (Del. Ch. 2014)

Our firm, together with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, represented DIRECTV Corp. and its directors in consolidated stockholder class actions challenging AT&T Inc.’s $48 billion acquisition of DIRECTV.  The stockholder-plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the consolidated action in late October 2014.
